for awhile they tried to make it a trendy young person's bar. didn't work.
when i was there sunday afternoon none of the tap beer was available. they were selling seven ounce budweisers. the bathroom was C-. there were gaps among the liquor bottles like between the teeth of longterm tenderloin residents. it was nice.

went there to watch the baseball playoffs with the sound up, which wasn't a problem as my friend and i were the only customers.
