Wow. Quiet summer, eh?
Well, it's time to come to life. I need a little help here.
I'm supposed to set a friend's birthday pub crawl, and it has to begin in the Aquatic Park area. I 'm tasked with coming up with a list of 6-8 bars that go in a circle, such that the end is relatively close to the beginning.
Other than the places along Fisherman's Wharf, which I'd like to avoid, what interesting places are there that I can take this mangy group of ne'er do wells I call friends?
Help!
Jen

Wed, October 15, 2008 - 2:14 PMblack magic on van ness. also, just down the block, probably too 'cute' for a dive bar but on union off van ness there is 'the smallest bar in the city.' not sure of its real name, but it lives up to the nickname: y'all will fill it up unless your friend is wildly unpopular. -

Tue, October 21, 2008 - 3:54 PMI've heard about that little place, and wondered where it was. Might be good for a novelty stop.
Thanks, all--Jen
